Where do I begin? Petland here in Overland Park, Kansas is my go to spot hands-down, and will always be the place. I send any friends family or anyone else who ask where they should go! Here’s just a few examples as to why I recommend Petland Overlandpark to anyone. First, every interaction customer has with a brand is a customer experience opportunity, right? Well, unfortunately, many of these opportunities are often Mr. straight up, ignored, leaving many customers to wonder whether the company with which they have chosen to do business really even cares about them or their issue. I can confidently say Petland Overlandpark on 151st St., never lets any opportunity to our customer pass by and noticed. I am in the store sometimes if not 2 to 3 times a week. I have six dogs of my own in my yard and always caring for friends families Pets if needed not to mention, I am a professional dog groomer to I have always seen personally each and every staff member here at Petland Overlandpark take their job so serious always handling each customer with respect and proving to each and everyone they’re not alone and they will do whatever it takes to fix, help, and most importantly show the customers they’re never alone, and can always lean on them to help with all their needs. Each and every staff member take the time to break down any issues from what I’ve seen the beginning which is solve the problem the middle always go above and beyond in the big finish connect with the customer assure each customer that their stuff is here for them anytime. I’ve seen nothing but great customer service interaction. friendly, conversational, genuinely helpful and they always go above and beyond. This store deserves a much higher rating for sure. I appreciate each of you.
