My husband and I had an amazing time at the Pet Land in Overland Park. George helped us through the entire process of getting our new puppy! Gorge was very nice to meet with and made sure my husband and I knew all we needed to know for our new puppy. He took extra time out of his way to discuss different products that would be best for our new puppy. Even when the store was busy he did a fantastic job with multitasking and handling all of the customers with help from his team. I would definitely recommend Pet Land in Overland Park because the store is clean, the staff are friendly and they will really help you and go the extra mile so you can take home your new pet!

Thank you George! The process was so easy to bring our new family member home and we are so excited that we not only found the perfect furry friend but we have a store that will have everything she needs from here on out to keep her healthy and happy.

My boyfriend and I came to the store on Monday, and were welcomed by George! He brought us the Siberian husky we came in to look at and told us everything about her. He took his time with us and went into detail about everything they offer when getting a puppy. We ended up getting her and he took us around the store and pointed out all of the good items to get this breed of dog and pointed out items that wouldn’t be good for the dog. He worked with us on what we could afford and overall did a great job! Will for sure be sending people his way.

Makenna was so helpful and great to work with! Taught us a lot of information that we didn’t know! Also was so patient and definitely made us feel welcome!

Sooo many adorable puppies! All of the staff was kind. George Morgan was the representative that helped us. He was extremely helpful explaining everything to us without pushing us to do or get anything we didn’t want to. Bringing our new baby girl home the same day was the easiest process!

I’m not over the moon about my petland experience overall but Aidan helped me at my most recent visit or I would not have been as generous. I’m hoping the “new owner” will fix some issues moving forward. We got the puppy for a lifetime program when we purchased our sweet boy and so much of what came with it was conveniently discontinued to the point that we are wondering if it was even worth getting because seems they could just cancel the program entirely at that point. Just goes to show that nothing lasts forever so we will definitely be leery of other “lifetime” type programs in the future.
I produced paperwork that showed I was supposed to have a 5% discount and was told that the new owner does not honor the discount. So glad I keep my own records too because they changed there system and didn’t even have me recorded as having purchased a
Puppy the last time I came. My family is in love with our sweet fur baby so no regrets just lots of suggestions. Big shout out to Aiden for all his help as well!!Lindsey Thompson

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. But the dogs are too costly for the average person who wants a nice companion. Over all I give them 5 stars. But way too pricey.
