I really appreciate Petland. They are always friendly, but today I had an extra helpful experience. Nathan greeted me as I walked in and when I mentioned I was going to go get dog food he offered to help. He got the largest bag that I needed, and while checking out asked if I would like him to take it to the car. So friendly and so helpful! Nathan showed great customer service! Made my day!

Even though I didn't end up buying, they went above and beyond trying to make it affordable for my daughter. The one thing that concerned me is they were under the impression that the insurance they carry for pets is for life, but when my daughter called they told her only 3 years and they only give back 25 percent of the original price. I really appreciated the manager and employees though because they definitely tried to make up for this!

We just adopted an English bulldog from here!! The staff is phenomenal and super helpful. Lori went above and beyond to help us adopt our new puppy and make sure we were comfortable and ready to adopt. We will DEFINITELY be coming back.

George is so nice. He helped my wife, black lab and I find the lab a baby sister chocolate lab. We knew who we wanted and he got her and made the process very easy without being pushy. My wife got our oldest dog here ten years ago and he is the healthiest dog we have had. We expect great things from our new Molly girl! Thank you Petland!!
